If you have placed an order and find that you have accidentally entered the wrong address, you can change your address for your next order in your customer account.
Note: A change for an already placed order is only possible if you have not yet paid for your order, otherwise we have already processed your information for delivery.
If you have not yet paid for your order and you would like to change your address, please send us an email with your order number and your new address to email@example.com.
If you have not yet paid for your order, a cancellation is possible. Please contact our customer service.
Orders that are already paid, we usually can not hold up, because they are immediately forwarded to our shipping and packed.
If your order has been automatically canceled by us, it is most likely because the item you ordered is currently no longer available in our warehouse. If you have already made the payment, we will of course refund your money as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service.
In order for us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please also provide us with the following information directly:
Send us a photo of the wrong product and tell us the product you ordered instead.
We will then take care of the matter as soon as possible and try to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
Important: Do not return the product before our support has contacted you. He will inform you about the next steps. This way we make sure that everything goes smoothly.
Return & Refund
A normal return is unfortunately not possible at the moment. However, you can always use your right of withdrawal and return your item within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask you to inform our support and to follow the instructions from the following page -> Cancellation Policy
For this purpose, three reasons for return must be distinguished:
- If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you have to bear the costs for the return shipment.
- If you want to exchange your ordered goods, you have to pay the costs for the return shipment as well as the shipping costs for the new delivery.
- If we have made a mistake and accidentally delivered you the wrong goods, then we will of course bear the cost of return shipping.

If a certain country is not listed, it is possible that we do not deliver to this country. Accordingly, there is no shipping price information for it. However, you can contact our support for more information and for safety.
To change your shipping address, log in to your account. There you will find the setting ”Addresses” with which you can change your shipping or billing address.
Note: However, if you have already placed your order and then change your address, it is possible that your order will be shipped to the old address because the order has already been processed or the goods have already been shipped. The change will then only apply to your next order.
If you are not at home when your order arrives, it may be that the delivery is left with your neighbor or is ready for collection at the post office. In this case, you will be informed by the parcel service about the pick-up location.
